The FOPC is developing a strategic plan that will serve as the blueprint for legislation, program, and funding strategies to maximize Florida’s ability to reduce unrestrained motor vehicle occupant crashes. The FOPC is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Occupant Protection Strategic Plan.
